Sunbeams and Rainbows

Thanks for taking a few moments to explore this powerful Compensation Plan. I have tremendous confidence in the soundness of the Plan, how it will allow you to accomplish your goals, and how it will make it possible to attract more and more excellent people into the business.

In case I haven't got your attention yet, check out the following average monthly earnings for our Active Directors for Active Legs (February and March 1996). These monthly earnings are audited by Coopers and Lybrant. Essentially there are three ways to acquire income through the Comp Plan: 1) through individual retail sales; 2) through group commissions and 3) through director overrides. Let me explain:

First, if you could just imagine yourself standing on a stage and imagine that the auditorium is empty. It is just you. You buy products from the company at wholesale and either self consume or sell to others. We all do just a little bit of that. In my own case, I'll do anywhere from $150 to $300 per month worth of my own personal productivity. What do I do with them? My family uses those products and then I sell products to other people as they look at our business.

The second way to generate income, imagine that you are standing on that same stage and now the auditorium is full. How did it get full? If you deliver this information to 20 people in your first 30 days, if you correctly leverage your up-line, use the tools that are available to you, chances are good that you will get six new people started, and thereby you would now be standing on the stage in that auditorium in front of six new distributors. So the second way to make money is to earn sales management income as we teach and train and grow other distributors. And here we can earn between 5 and 20%.

The third way to make money is where the principles of network marketing are so significantly superior to the principles of conventional business. As an Active Director, the third way is as we help other people become leaders--become the deliverers of information--and that process then works six successive times within your block of pay-out. So now imagine yourself standing on that stage, and looking out beyond the back wall of that auditorium. You can now visualize six auditoriums deep, times as much width as you care to create. That is the block of new leaders on whom we earn what are called director overrides. These director overrides range from 5% on your first level to 10% on your sixth level.

Back in 1995 when I was exploring opportunities in this industry, I set three philosophical requirements that a company would have to meet in order to earn my involvement. These requirements are: This Compensation Plan meets these requirements, and offers the following attractive inducements--in addition--to Distributors: Once you begin to understand the entire Compensation Plan, you will see how it will allow you to reach your financial goals without a lot of headaches and aggravation. Whether you are full-time or part-time, the opportunity is here for you. Return
